Cells Look Good
Preliminary results from the Doctor seem encouraging. She said that the cells they got today “looked good.” Plus, her rise in platelets is a good sign as well.
Next Scheduled Bone Marrow Biopsy
The team has decided to move forward with the scheduled Bone Marrow Biopsy tomorrow. We should know more about the next steps of her chemotherapy after we receive those results.
Platelets are Increasing
Avery’s platelets are increasing quickly and her weight is still trending up as well. Keep praying for REMISSION and ANC recovery.
Happy 3 Months Birthday!
Today we celebrate Avi girl turning 3 months old, because in the hospital the nurses say, we “celebrate every birthday… even the months!”
Determining Next Steps
Her medical team is trying to determine the best next steps as far as her therapy goes. We hope to know more in the next couple of days, but we’re back playing the waiting game for now.
One Month Post-Diagnosis
It’s been one month today since we received Avery’s diagnosis and, after this week, it’s beginning to take its toll on our mental health.
