I’m not sure we’ve seen her this confident in months.
And we love it!
She’s been having a really good week.
In fact, last night she spent the night with Papa and I for the first time post-transplant.
Mom and Dad took a well-deserved (pre-Valentine’s Day) night off so we kept Avery and Big Sis.
Avery did amazing.
The only time she was upset was when she was “hangry”… and sleepy. That lasted less than 10 minutes thanks to a bottle and full tummy.
Today she didn’t like having to do speech therapy, but, otherwise it was another good day.
She has an early appointment with the GI Specialist tomorrow to check on her Watermelon Stomach, but then it should be a lazy weekend. The best kind!
