The official diagnosis and subtype is in.
The Doctor (head Oncologist in ICU) came in to give some specific results (Mom was with us so we listened in), these are the notes I took:
- Pre B-Cell ALL (most common type seen in children)
- Therapy 2.5 yrs long
- Steroids are first phase
- Stronger chemo will start next week
- Out of ICU today
- Responding exactly how they want her to right now
- Looks “a million times” better today
- She will talk to Mom & Dad later this afternoon about specific therapy plans
