Well, they all can’t be smiley days.
Avery seems to be feeling some effects of her chemo today.
She isn’t necessarily feeling bad, but she isn’t as happy as usual and has lost her appetite.
That last part alone is enough to tell us she isn’t herself.
We all know how much she loves to eat.
She had her last dose of cytarabine this morning, so she’ll only have the Mitoxantrone the rest of this round.
They’re trying to figure out the best anti-nausea regimen now because it could be the reason for her loss of appetite.
Otherwise, she slept from 8:30pm to 4:45am last night. That was quite a stretch!
Hopefully she’ll be back to herself soon enough.
