The best part about being home? Avery is just being your average baby.
There’s definitely something to be said for “average” in the grand scheme of things.
She spent a couple hours at the hospital today getting her one chemo med, and tomorrow will be about the same.
Other than that, she’s just doing normal 8 month old baby stuff.
And that’s pretty awesome for us!
She and her Big Sis are reconnecting. The whole family is falling into a new routine… at home.
And this smiley girl has gained almost a pound while being home! She LOVES all the new solid foods she can now try.
The big prayer is that tomorrow’s chemo treatment will be the LAST ONE she ever has to do!
Just thinking that and typing it out is a big deal.
