That bottom lip sucked in? That’s a typical “Avery” look. She’s pretty much always done it.
Her lighting up the room? Yep. Typical Avi.
This sweet girl is trying her best to eat again. She had a 2 oz bottle and then 2 oz of foodie lunch… and it all came back up.
She was able to keep a couple ounces down later this afternoon, but only after some Ativan.
They also decided to put her back on the regularly scheduled Zofran they stopped yesterday.
It seems she still has some lingering nausea.
Other than that, she’s doing well.
We saw her numbers drop more today, so she could be a bit tired or “less herself” in the days ahead.
Today though? It’s all about still seeing her sweet smile.
